I'm Kay Geist, Realtor at Woods & Water Realty, Inc. here in the Blue Diamond vacation area.  We are located on Hwy 40 not far from Lower Long Lake near New Auburn, WI.  We also serve the Cornell, Lake Holcombe, Bruce, Ladysmith and Chetek area from this office, so we cover a lot of properties.  We offer our clients the opportunity of having their properties listed in all three of the Multiple Listing Services located in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and the Lower Wisconsin MLS region serving the Milwaukee, Madison, and LA Crosse area.  We also advertise in many local publications.

Woods & Water Realty, in the Chippewa Valley for over seventeen years, decided to expand their business in this area and it's going great!

I grew up in this area and have been a realtor for the past 12 years.  Prior to that, I ran a lumber yard in Cornell and helped my husband in our construction business, which now my husband and two sons operate.  I do wedding cakes as an alternate.

My construction background enables me to assist people with all aspects of home-buying and the home-building process.  Add to that my knowledge of the area, and I'm the one you need to call to sell or buy vacation property in this area!
