Performance Guarantee

Our confidence in our ability to meet your personal selling goals and make the experience a positive one is so great that we are willing to guarantee it in writing. This is Woods & Water Realty's Market Performance Guarantee, and it's another reason that we have been rated highly in customer satisfaction. Here's how it works:

Woods & Water's Marketing Performance Guarantee

Your Property Marketing Plan is, in essence, a contract that details the specific tactics that we will use to market your property and expose it to the broadest possible audience. If, at any time, for any reason, we fail to take action on the agreed-upon activities listed in the Plan, you have two options:

1. You may communicate your dissatisfaction to us and we can adjust your Property Marketing Plan accordingly,
   OR
   
2. You can cancel your Listing Agreement. Your total satisfaction is our greatest concern.
