Timber Terrace

Timber Terrace development offers fully developed lots within the city limits of Chippewa Falls, on the Timber Terrace Golf Course. These lots include curb, gutter, blacktop streets, sewer and water laterals stubbed into the property lines, with all other utilities available as well.

Multifamily lots on Block 4 allow for construction of up to an 8-plex, and are in proximity to other multifamily housing. Single family lots include some open lots, some wooded lots. Two lots still remain on the 8th fairway of the golf course.
